Turbine Mechanic/ Millwright

Gas Turbine Mechanic/Millwright Job Summary: The Turbine Mechanic primary responsibilities are to perform full range of mechanical duties safely and achieve the repair, installation, and maintenance of heavy rotating equipment in Power plants.

The Turbine mechanic will work both independently and in a team environment, will work closely with Safety team and supervisor to complete these tasks.

Turbine mechanic responsibilities: The Turbine mechanic is able to read blueprints, follow layouts and technical documentation Disassemble, inspect, modify, perform alignment and re-assemble of Gas/Steam Turbines on: Siemens , GE, Mitsubishi and Westinghouse Install equipment and parts according to layout plans Must possess a strong desire to learn and be willing to take directions Good mechanical and technical skills required.

Welding and Overhead Crane certificate are a plus The turbine mechanic must be able to travel, passport is a plus Ability to work 7 days a week including holidays Flexible to work day/night shift We offer competitive pay, per diem and 7/12 work week schedule .

Requirements: Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in Plants environment Good mechanical and technical skills required.

OSHA 10 Certificate (can obtain online) Valid Driver’s license Your safety is important to us Basic safety and OSHA/ safety credentials are required.

Any additional site safety credentials are a plus.

Must practice safe working conditions.

Pay DOE.
