Our client, medical device manufacturing industry is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join their team.
Job Title: Technical Support Representative.

Pay Range: $21/hr on W2
What’s the Job?
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Support: Provide technical assistance to patients via call center support in a high-volume environment.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Utilize listening and technical skills to accurately diagnose and resolve issues related to Cardiomems products.
- Operational Support: Handle multiple tasks, maintain excellent customer service, and support various operational needs with precision and patience.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High School Diploma
- Experience:
- 1-2 years in customer service, technical support, or an operational support role; medical background preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and patience when assisting patients/customers.
- Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Competencies:
- Technical Aptitude: Candidates with a quick grasp of technology and troubleshooting techniques are highly desirable.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with changing demands.

- Training: Comprehensive training will be provided.
- Location: This is a 100% onsite role; candidates must reside locally as relocation expenses are not covered.
