•Coordination and allocation of project resources, and collaboration with leadership to ensure proper coverage
•Creation and maintenance of project documentation for system users
•Facilitation of project meetings, including coordinating schedules, booking meeting rooms, development of slide deck, presentation of material, and leading discussions
•Participation in a variety of meetings, including SCRUM, scheduling, key stakeholder, leadership, etc.
•Maintenance of the project plan, including regular updates on progress
