Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social).

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Applicants with current or prior permanent Federal service, must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level GS-06.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job.

Specialized experience at the GS-05 level is defined as: Receipt and storage of supply items, conducting inventories, maintaining physical security of small arms and ammunition, prepare reports to document supply transactions.

All other candidates must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/level GS-06.

All Other applicant must meet specialized experience at the GS-06 level which is defined as: Experience with a governing supply regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions applicable to the unique requirements to plan and execute a supply program.
