Essential Requirements, Duties and Responsibilities: Reliability Test Technician is responsible for executing the Tests per the Test Plan Responsibilities: Primary responsibility will be execution of Reliability Testing / Battery Testing using established procedures and techniques.

Perform the set-up , running a wide variety of reliability environmental, mechanical and chemical testing, HALT/HASA testing, chambers operation and electrical tests per reliability engineer requirements Maintenance/ Basic Calibration of test equipment and environmental chambers Prepare Test Reports and communicate results and findings to Reliability engineer to facilitate root cause analysis and resolution when failure occurs Set Up Test Equipment for Functional Tests for PCBA – Printed Circuit Board Assembly and system levels, including: product cabling, instrumented thermal and mechanical characterizations such as thermal couples, accelerometers, strain gages, power supplies, and data acquisition systems Perform basic Soldering, Wiring, Fixture Setup and Product Labeling to track DUTs Requirements: Associate Technical Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with 0 – 2Years Experience Experience with: Electrical Assembly Basic Soldering & Wiring Setup of Thermal Test or Mechanical Testes or Electrical Tests Interpretation of Electrical Schematics is a plus Experience on MS Office Suite Strong Communication & Organization Skills Butler America Aerospace, LLC.
