We are seeking a highly-skilled, enthusiastic Veterinary Technician for our after-hours veterinary emergency hospital in Norwalk, CA. Our focus is on quality patient care, exceptional customer service and a team that consistently rocks!
Crossroads Animal Emergency is an emergency hospital in Norwalk, CA. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pets and pet owners during an animal emergency, and broaden your skillset and experience as a Technician.
Our ideal new team member will be experienced with:
Placing catheters
Knowledge of drugs used in emergencies
Blood draws
Proficiency operating lab equipment
Assisting the doctor in surgery and monitoring hospitalized patients
Exceptional client communication and education
Requirements
2 years experience as a Veterinary Technician in a veterinary hospital.
Active CA RVT license or actively working towards credentialing.
We are open to part-time and full-time team members for our day, late swing and overnight shifts.
