You will work in your clients’ homes, schools, or community settings in the East Bay.
The successful candidate will share our commitment to providing excellent ABA services and understand the importance of their role in supporting children with autism.Pay is $22 to $26 per hour for experienced behavior technicians with a current RBT.Preference given to individuals with availability to work between afternoons at least four days per week for a reliable and consistent part-time schedule of 10 to 25 hours per week.Responsibilities:Work with children with autismImplement behavior support plans as prescribed by Clinical Program ManagerManage and respond to challenging behaviors according to the planInput valid behavior data and accurate clinical documentation into our digital data collection platformMaintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients, their families, and staffRequired Qualifications:6 months experience working in ABA implementing behavior support plans under the supervision of a BCBACurrent Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Experience working with childrenDegree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (or near completion)Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, car insurance, clean driving recordTB test, MMR and Tdap immunizations, background check, reference checkCOVID-19 VaccinationAble to lift 50 lbs.
