Join the AccessCNY TeamYour health is our 1 priorityCompliant with all NYS Covid-19 guidelines and standardsBe a part of one of the leading providers for people with disabilitiesExperienced candidates starting at $22.00/hourMain Function:Under the supervision of the Licensed Behavior Analyst, provide 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children and adults with special needs and provides support to their families.Duties:Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs in home, clinical, and classroom settings.Utilize behavior based strategies to reduce physical aggression, self-injury, or other challenging behaviors.Assist with toilet training, personal care, and other adaptive needs.Work collaboratively with participants, families, and other service providers.Collects data on targeted behaviors in accordance with the participant’s plan.Complete all program documentation in a timely manner per Agency standards.Attend all required trainings and maintain all certifications.Follow Agency Standards and Procedures.Conditions of Employment:High school diploma/GED required, RBT Certification strongly preferred.Experience working with people with a disability preferred.Prior experience working as a Behavior Technician, Behavior Analyst, Behavior Specialist, or other related field preferred.Valid New York State driver’s license in accordance with the Agency Vehicle and Driving Policy required.Clean and reliable transportation adequate to meet program needs.Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
