The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $26-$27 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, in addition to a full range of generous medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. POSITION OBJECTIVE: To maintain the shops/warehouses and offices in accordance with See’s brand standards for quality of appearance and safety. Provide support for the shops, temp shop locations and campuses. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Perform various repairs and enhancements in shops including electrical, flooring, plumbing, carpentry, laminate, painting as well as general maintenance. 2. Perform shop inspections, legibly fill out an inspection report and note items that need repair or cosmetic attention. 3. Provides emergency assistance when required (day and night). 4. Perform after hour repairs for shops when required. 5. Work flexible shifts due to after hour repairs or remodels. 7. Responsible for organizing/stocking and maintaining company vehicles. 8. Communicates with shop staff and district managers to ensure maintenance items are in satisfactory condition. 9. Organize and maintain inventories in warehouse. 10. Assembles and deconstructs temporary seasonal shops. 11. Refurbish used fixtures. 12. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned and on time. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Three years experience in retail maintenance and/or related fields. 2. Demonstrates hands-on knowledge and experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring and general maintenance. 3. Must have valid driver’s license and be able to provide acceptable DMV printout.
