PLUMBER POSITION
– Plumber needed with a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial/restaurant service and repair.
We are open 24/7 and job will consist of primarily maintenance work, basic work responsibilities and requirements are as follows:
*Responsibilities:
Solving cross connections Install waste and vent piping Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures Experience with mixing valves and pressure regulators Troubleshoot water heaters and installing new water heaters Test hot and cold piping, waste and vent piping, and gas systems Cut openings in walls and floors for repairs Measure, cut, and thread pipes Test pipes for leaks using pressure gauges
Requirements:
Candidate must have a clean DMV record and be insurable A certification is a plus, but not required Background and drug test is required Must be available to work all work schedules and be on call.
