The Stand OC Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that multiple Stand restaurants have their physical structure and operating equipment maintained and repaired in a timely and cost efficient manner.
This will be a full-time position with overnight and weekend responsibilities.
If you consider yourself a handyman, and have good communication and organizational skills, this is the job for you.
Requirements: * 2+ years of construction, handyman, or facilities maintenance experience.* Must have an unrestricted CA Driver License.* Must be able to lift up to 65 pounds.
Must be able to get up and down a ladder.
Hands-on experience with the items below: * Light electrical, basic tile setting, ceiling tiles* Patch and paint, mirror film replacement, caulking, hanging doors* Framing, drywall, wall repair, FRP installation* Door closers, hinges, door sweeps, thresholds, transitions Organizational requirements below: * Communication skills—ability to communicate clearly with vendors* Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented personality* Organizational skills — ability to plan and coordinate outside vendors* Additional knowledge of other trades (plumbing, mechanical, concrete, welding, electrical, etc) a plus!
