POSITION SUMMARY: Performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment property.

Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience as a maintenance technician for a 50+ unit property.
* Must have a California Valid Driver’s License
* Must be skilled in installations, repairs, plumbing, and electrical issues
* Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting
* Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork
* Paint interior of apartment buildings and respond to safety issues
* Document repairs and performed duties
* Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes
* Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
* Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner
