In this role, you will repair and maintain physical structures of commercial, residential and/or medical buildings using hand tools and power tools.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry and/or painting, as well as HVAC and/or grounds maintenance EPA Certification for HVAC (preferred) Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license To protect the health and safety of our residents, employees, and the communities we serve, Acts has implemented a universal COVID-19 and Influenza (flu) vaccination requirement for all employees.
