nn nn n nn nn About the Role: nn nnResponsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain and repair facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of goals and objectives.nn nn n nn nn What you’ll do: nn nn Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned by management.
nn Provide emergency/unscheduled repair equipment and performs scheduled preventive maintenance repairs.
Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
Operate and repair the following systems and equipment: pumps, tanks, water lines, heat exchangers, pool, fountains, ancillary equipment, utilities (hot water, condensate, emergency generators, diesel engine driven pumps, cooling water, cooling water equipment’s, compressed air, electric and wastewater lines).
Use various hand and power tools, electric meters, drywall repair, painting, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
nn n nn nn Our Perfect Candidate: nn nn Education and Experience: nn Requires a high school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and maintenance experience.
An AA degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus.
5+ years of experience in; strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with some experience in HVAC.
Boilers and water heaters’ experience is preferred.
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
