A bit more about what youll do ST 1
– Provide exemplary service to residents and team members With general direction, perform routine maintenance and repairs (ie, replaces AC filters and light bulbs, repairs and paints walls, cleans common areas, assists with apartment turns, etc.) ST 2
– Provide exemplary service to residents and team members With limited direction, perform routine maintenance and repairs (ie, completion of basic apartment turn, troubleshoots and repairs plumbing leaks, installs and replaces sinks, faucets, and toilets, troubleshoots and replaces basic electrical components, etc.) ST 3
– Provide exemplary service to residents and team members With minimal guidance, complete resident requested repairs and service (ie, troubleshoots HVAC equipment, installs/repairs complex plumbing, troubleshoots/replaces electrical components, installs/repairs/replaces household appliances, etc.) Provide functional/technical direction and training to lower level Service Technicians and supports the development of technical skills May assist with managing vendor quality ST 4
– Provide exemplary service to residents and team members With occasional guidance or without direction, complete advanced repairs and service (ie, troubleshoot HVAC equipment, installs/repairs complex plumbing, troubleshoots/replaces electrical components and completes complex appliance repairs, etc.) Provide functional/technical direction and training to Service Technicians and supports the development of technical skills Utilize AIRbusiness systems as an expert to help plan and manage service-related activity Manage vendor quality and may perform move-in/move-out inspections Qualifications ST 1
– At least 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment or relevant training/education program Entry level skills in two or more technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) ST 2
– At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment or relevant training/education program Basic skills in two or more technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) ST 3
– At least 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment Proficient skills in all trades OR expert level in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) ST 4
– At least 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment Proficient skills in all trades AND expert level in at least 2 trades.

Subject Matter Expert in 1 trade (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliance repair, etc.) As an AIRService Technician you must have: A reliable mode of transportation Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, 7-day work weeks (depending on community needs and seasonality), and on-call shifts (at least one week a month) Comfort with physical activity as you must be able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery Ability to read, write, and speak English The most successful AIRService Technicians are: Tech savvy Strong with mechanical aptitude Customer service oriented Highly organized Great trouble-shooters Advocates for teamwork Experts on attention to detail Additional Information AIRoffers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels.
