Maintenance Tech 1

Duties /Responsibilities
Must always reflect a professional appearance and demeanor along with excellent customer service
Garbage/Trash detail –
– removing trash from unit trash cabinets, walkways, landscaping –
– Keep property clean and free from debris and any feces littering the grounds
Maintain cleanliness of mailrooms by picking up trash, sweep floors, remove dated notices from bulletin boards, etc.
Assisting with unit turns (painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, pull trash out and cleaning)
Responsible for replacing air filters, clean air conditioning vents, test smoke detectors and perform any other general maintenance in vacant and occupied units
Consistently providing superior customer service to residents and guests and assistance as needed
Move and install appliances and make minor repairs as needed
Sidewalk snow removal and flood control (when applicable)
Must complete all tasks assigned in an efficient and timely manner
Working in conjunction with the Housekeeping Staff, ensures all areas of responsibility are cleaned to 5800 Harold standards
Responsible for communicating any needed repairs /issues in any apartments or retail sites or equipment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00
– $27.00 per hour
