Completing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility while working in a fast-paced environment around raw and/or cooked meat < /p>
Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, electric tools, preventative maintenance technology tools, etc. < /p>
Documenting completed work and the conditions found, utilizing maintenance computer software as necessary < /p>
Utilizing and working with maintenance trades and components such as industrial electrical/automation, industrial millwright work, and industrial plumbing, along with completing various building/grounds work < /p>
Utilizing, repairing andtesting various equipment, including automated packaging equipment and conveyor systems < /p>
Operating forklifts and/or scissor lifts < /p>
Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations < /p>
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment < /p>
Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions in a warm or cool environment, as well as slippery surfaces at varied heights < /p>
Standing for long periods of time, the use of stairs and ladders, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) in designated areas of the facility < /p>

Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship < /p>
Must be 18 years or older < /p>
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) < /p>
Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation < /p>
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) < /p>
Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) < /p>
Ability to work overtimeincluding weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice < /p>
Basic use of a computer < /p>
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with electrical power and control systems, such as programmable logic controllers (PLC) and variable frequency drives (VFD) < /p>
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems< Br>

Previous industrial refrigeration experience in food manufacturing and/or animal protein industry < /p>
Familiarity with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) guidelines < /p>
Ability to program AllenBradley PLC’s< Br>
