The Facilities/Maintenance Tech is responsible for ongoing repair and maintenance of Agrace properties and will travel to other Agrace locations as needed.

Agrace will pay for classes, and you will get a pay increase once certifications are completed.Take a tour of our beautiful facility: Responsibilities: $1,000 SIGNING BONUS ($500 AT HIRE, $500 AT 6-MONTHS)Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, every 6th weekend working rotation, every 4th week on call once trained.
This position pays $18/hour.Maintenance:Execute assigned preventative maintenance tasks Collaborate with vendors to ensure maintenance and repairs are completed Monitor mechanicals, equipment, and systems to identify abnormalities Repair and Troubleshooting:Troubleshoot and repair inoperable or malfunctioning building systemsIdentify improvements and refinements Document solutions and improvement recommendationsScheduled Routine Tasks: Respond to maintenance requests from internal and external customers and complete tasksbased on codes, regulation, and general safety.Act according to the agency emergency operations plan and departmental response and recovery.
