Summary of Position:
Works on optimizing equipment settings (speed/quality).
Monitors and minimizes the damage rate caused by technical problems or incorrect equipment settings.
Constantly keeps track of all spare parts and overall technical maintenance inventory levels.
Researches and orders necessary parts/inventory items.
Cleans all assigned equipment to maintain visual appearance.
Documents technical issues and work are done in a maintenance log.
Organizes all technical manuals and maintenance guides as instructed.
Assists in /create Standard Operating Procedures related to machinery/equipment.
Escalates larger issues / patterns in observed challenges to management.
Assists in employee/operator training as required.
Upkeeps a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/ annual maintenance schedule and follows it.
Works with Area Supervisors / Production Manager when scheduling repairs to ensure as little equipment downtime as possible.
Assists in new product testing and implementation.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
