JOB SUMMARY:
The Lead Technician will be responsible for delivering an elevated level of service experience in a direct to consumer environment, while mentoring a team of technicians.
RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Provide top of the line customer experience
- Ability to diagnose and repair all aspects of the VinFast automobile
- Monitor the technical team’s performance through KPI’s
- Communicate and collaborate with all members of the service team
- Follow correct repair order documentation of all repair procedures
- Review appointment schedule, and allocate work to achieve throughput goals
- Demonstrate attention to detail and passion for creating positive client experiences
- Create and maintain a clean working environment, leading by example
- Creatively solve customer concerns in a fast-paced work environment
- Work with the appropriate management software to properly document the customer vehicle repair process
- Have a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED or Relevant work experience
- 21+ years of age, to comply with company driving policy
- Ability to drive a work truck/trailer
- Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to use basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, as well as learn proprietary DMS software
- EPA 609 Certification
- ASE Certification(s)
- Must possess a valid driver license
