Kelly Science & Clinical is excited to be hiring a Laboratory Technician (Chemist) for our client that is the nation’s leading precision cleaning of high purity gas and fluid systems!
The Laboratory Technician functions within a cleanroom and prepares the chemicals and equipment for the lab analysis process!
In addition, The Lab Tech is responsible to support the Chemists and other technicians performing the cleanliness verification process.
From time to time this position will assist production with cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Perform sample collection and handles solvents.
- Maintain lot number traceability and serialization of parts and inventory of lab consumables.
- Work in pre-clean and cleanroom environments according to accurate protocols and collect particle counts and NVR for all cleanrooms
- Perform monthly facility inspection and ensure cleanliness of lab is kept at all times.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) with minimum of 2 years or Lab Experience
- OR AS/BS in a Chemistry related field with 0-2 years lab experience in academia or internship experience.
- Cleanroom experience a bonus.
(Candidates must feel comfortable working in a cleanroom and occasionally wearing a respirator)
Shift: 3PM-11:30M M-F
