IT Help Desk Technician

Job Description Happier Living is looking to hire a Help Desk Technician, who will play a key role in our rapidly growing online therapy services business This exciting role is responsible for ensuring hundreds of Happier Living Clinicians, Customer Service Representatives, Technology Professionals and our Human Resources Team members experience a high level of support across a variety of systems and applications. Were interested in partnering with a very organized and detail-oriented Help Desk Technician who is customer-service focused and who has the ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues. This position is also very collaborative in nature as youll be working directly with our human resources and onboarding team to ensure the success of every new clinician who joins our team. Responsibilities Administer users in G Suite including users, groups, ongoing audits of user accounts; and document and evangelize best practices. Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner and document customer interactions. Work closely with the HR and Onboarding teams to create and administer user accounts for onboarding and offboarding of staff, clinicians, and third party contractors. Serve as the primary point of contact with third party hardware support. Create and administer user accounts in CRM (Salesforce) and EMR (Athena) systems. Administer user accounts in additional company tools, applications, etc. (e.g. Zoom, Slack, Calendly). Requirements Associates Degree or Higher 3 years of experience working in a help desk environment 2 years of G Suite user administration experience Salesforce or other CRM user admin a plus Athena or other electronic medical record user admin a plus Proficiency with Mac/iOS and Windows computers Excellent communication skills Detail oriented, particularly in documenting notes on tickets Highly organized in managing and prioritizing Help Desk tickets Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues Customer-focused mindset
