Maintenance Technician OnSite-Warren PropertiesWe are searching for an experienced on-site, full-time Maintenance Technician (roving). This position will be required to travel to other properties in the Los Angeles area to perform a variety of duties preparing apartments to be rented and resolving work orders submitted by our residents. Compensation will include the value of a studio apartment located in Reseda, CA, as well as, the base hourly rate.

Must provide on-going daily communication with Property Managers to stay on top of make ready schedule and work orders.
Previous experience performing maintenance of appliances, plumbing, drywall, and touch-up painting.
Previous experience with material handling and storage, such as, safely moving and/or installing appliances and furniture.
Must have valid drivers license, registration and reliable vehicle to use for business purposes (mileage reimbursement applies)
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency. This includes being available to respond to emergency calls after hours and on week-ends when scheduled.
Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects, use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue.
