Inspects HVAC systems and their components.

Calibrates temperature control related sensors, receivers and transmitters.

Monitors, troubleshoots and maintains control systems, including pneumatic, DDS / hybrid systems.

Effectively monitors and adjusts interior environments via a Building Automation System.

Maintains relevant logs and documentation.

Monitors the performance of HVAC subcontractors, including conformance to code.
