We offercompetitive pay, great benefits, opportunities for career development, and family-like work culture.QUALIFICATIONS TO BE AN HVAC INSTALLER / SERVICE TECHNICIANHigh school diploma or equivalent3 years or more of verifiable HVAC work experienceEPA certificationA valid driver’s license and can qualify for company insurance policyAbility to pass a background and MVR checkAbility to pass periodic drug testsKnowledge of the operations/functions of residential heating and air conditioning equipmentAble and willing to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)Five years of experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Do you know how to use a computer tablet, smartphone, read a map, and/or follow a GPS?
Are you motivated to further your career as a skilled HVAC technician?
Do you have the ability to accurately troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems?
Can you complete all required documentation on services such as collecting, recording, and delivering fees to designated office administration?
Can you express technical information in layman’s terms?
