POSITION SUMMARY: Performs basic apartment and related facilities maintenance in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment property.

Requirements:
Must be able to travel to multiple locations
Minimum 2 years experience as a maintenance technician for a 100+ unit property.
Must have a Valid California Drivers License
Must be skilled in installations, repairs, plumbing, and electrical issues
Respond to maintenance requests of plumbing, electrical, heating, and general repairs in an apartment setting
Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork
Paint interior of apartment buildings and respond to safety issues
Document repairs and performed duties
Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes
Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
Respond to emergency situations in a prompt manner
