Field Service Technician

We currently have an immediate full-time position opening for a Field Service Technician to be located in or near Miami ,Florida.
Job Summary
This position performs on-site installation, preventative and corrective maintenance for Astrophysics products at various customer sites. May travel throughout United States and internationally as required. Technician is expected to successfully troubleshoot, diagnose and repair products, perform maintenance, and complete all service documentation and reports on time. Technician must maintain a professional appearance and provide superior customer service. This position requires ability to travel, reliable vehicle transport, and a valid driver’s license.

Essential Functions:
- Perform installations, corrective and preventative maintenance
- Represent Astrophysics brand, provide customer service satisfaction
- Complete service documentation including claim, report, radiation survey etc.
- Submit weekly expense reports and monthly inventory report
- Provide telephone support as necessary
- Promote service warranty plans
Education and Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Engineering or related field; or
- 1-3 years technical support or field service experience; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
