Facility Maintenance Technician Wilshire Condominium Association are currently seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.
About the Role: Responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain and repair facility according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of goals and objectives.
What you’ll do: Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned by management.
* Provide emergency/unscheduled repair equipment and performs scheduled preventive maintenance repairs.
* Perform simple technician duties and responsibilities.
* Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
* Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
* Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
* Operate and repair pumps, tanks, water lines, heat exchangers, pool, fountains, utilities like hot water, condensate, operation of emergency generators, diesel and fire pumps, cooling tower, electric pumps.
* Use various hand and power tools, electric meters, drywall repair, painting, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
* Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
* Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Our Perfect Candidate: Education and Experience: * High school diploma/GED or education in maintenance.
* 1-5 years of facility maintenance experience.
