We have an opportunity for Facilities Technician I based in Scarborough, Maine.
In this role you will, perform routine repairs and maintenance on facilities and facility-related equipment.
Work will include, but not be limited to, work involving one or more of the following trades: carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC/refrigeration repair and installation.
Shift: 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM.
WHAT YOU’LL DO Repair building structures, fixtures, and furniture.
Renovate facilities, including walls, doors windows, flooring, etc.
Assists in packing, moving, and reconfiguring the facility, including office and manufacturing areas.
Escort and assist outside vendors in the performance of their contractual obligations.
Maintain work records.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials Respond to alarm or trouble calls as required.
Perform and document routine maintenance actions.
Perform and document assigned workorder requests.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING High School Diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
