This is a career growth opportunity as you will be training under a Licensed Journeyman Technician to be eligible to take the 06B & 06A electrical licensing tests.

This gives employees the option to opt-out of the mandatory WA LTC insurance Company vehicle / phone / uniform Position Summary: To provide service and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Cross training in residential installation.

Required Qualifications: Pass background and drug screen Valid driver’s license, and insurable driving record High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of HVAC service / maintenance experience Universal EPA Certification Proficient at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range of residential equipment Proficient understanding in HVAC functional design and of ductwork modifications Good understanding of all HVAC low voltage systems & ability to acquire 06A license Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Experience making repair and replace decisions Residential installation experience desired Advanced customer service skills Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Knowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codes Exceptional safety knowledge of tools and surroundings Willingness to invest time in training and classes Qualifications desired: Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School NATE Certified Possess tools needed Electrical License Trainee Card
