Our staff and field personnel represent some of the most tenured, well trained, and innovative professionals in the industry.We are currently seeking an entry-level Data Entry Technician who will primarily be responsible for performing tasks with an emphasis in meeting customer expectations as it pertains to timely and accurate submission of deliverables. The Data Entry Technician will work under the direction of a Supervisor and/or coordination of the Project Lead.This position will be remote to start but will ultimately work from our office in West Covina.Responsibilities* Prepare and process data for field collection.* Provide first level of quality assurance/quality control of pole data collected in the field.* Assist in the project and data collection model setup.* Assist with monthly invoicing.* Use data/project management systems to document and track model progress.* Manage assignments and meet/exceed production goals.* Communicate with Field Management and Clients as needed.* Be willing to assist other Project Teams if work flow requirements dictate.* Track and report on progress of production projects. Track time spent on projects and maintain schedule.* Contribute to other related projects and plans not specifically noted necessary to obtain project objectives.Requirements* Associates Degree preferred but not required with up to 1 year of related experience.* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products required; basic understanding of databases and entering data desired.* Overhead utility recognition experience is a plus.* Good written and verbal communication skills.* Must be highly organized, detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.BenefitsCome grow with us!
