Enrich Products: West Coast Sales And Service Technician

and we are ready to make major strides on the west coast market.

The West Coast Sales and Lite Service Technicianwill be key to our continued success by identifying, developing, and servicing existing and new accounts in a growing market.

They will work closely with our customers to provide water treatment programs tailored to each clients’ specific needs.

This is a sales and lite service hybrid position, meaning that this person will need to be simultaneously comfortable with polished conversation and moderate labor.

Most Enrich Products’ customers are healthcare facilities or apartment buildings, so the right candidate will be comfortable in a healthcare environment.Responsibilities: Become a member of local and state trade chapters – ASHE, ASPE, APIC, etc.

Attend chapter meetings and tradeshows.Service existing accounts, obtain purchase orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.Provide product training both verbal and physical.Development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned territory (i.E.

lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting).Promotion and sales of maintenance services to new and existing Enrich Products customers.“Hands-on” servicing of accounts which includes but is not limited to; using hand tools to perform regular service on installed equipment, installing flow meters on pipes, and troubleshooting internet communication issues.Collection of water samples and performing on site testing.Candidate should anticipate plenty of travel including a three-week training installment in Pittsburgh, PA following hire.Requirements: College Degree Preferred but not required.Experience in potable water treatment.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales with a proven successful track record.History of working remotely.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with experience working on teams from multiple locations.Moderate mechanical aptitude.MUST be Highly Motivated and a Self-Starter.Perform physical work in mechanical rooms.MUST have good physical ability – the job requires frequent walking to and from worksite.Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record (DMV record will be checked)Ability to work flexible schedule M-F.

Weekend work is extremely rare.Required work activities include but are not limited to, climbing and descending stairs and ladders in an equipment room setting.Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.Be able to wear protective gear for the face, ears, and gloves.Travel territory – West coast up to 50% of the time.BenefitsEnrich Products offers benefits and employee development.
