NDCT is currently seeking a NDCT is currently seeking an Electronic Technician.

Under the general direction of the Production Manager, the Electronic Technician will assemble, align, troubleshoot, test and calibrate products to specified standards.

Desired Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and utilize drawings, schematics, and written instructions Must have knowledge to troubleshoot electronic, optical-mechanical and electromechanical components and assemblies Ability to operate specialized test equipment, experience with electronic troubleshooting (DMM, Oscilloscope) and calibration equipment is a plus Excellent communication skills both written and oral with the ability to communicate across departments Superior judgment and problem-solving skills, makes suggestions and recommendations to enhance workflow Ability to work in a collaborative team environment Intermediate knowledge of software programs, e.g., UNIcalib, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Functions of the Job Participate in production team activities and feedback information to employees when appropriate Provide cross functional training to other technicians Provide daily status reports on assembly schedules output as it relates to on time delivery metrics defined by the business Responsible for ensuring, in conjunction with the Production Manager and Lead Technician, timely delivery of products and services to customer In collaboration with department manager, responsible for continuously improving department quality processes Ensures that work areas have cleaned up at the end of their shift and maintain 5S standards as defined by the business Responsible for prioritizing daily tasks depending on urgency and expectations All other duties as assigned Desired Education Associates degree in Electronics or related field desired
