Responsibilities Of Service and Repair Technician: Diagnose, repair, rebuild, and update customer and company equipment.
Bill 10-15 hours per day at 80%+ efficiency Maintain clear service records.
Communicate with customers in a professional manner.
Manage your workload with multiple lifts in various stages of repair.
Overtime is required on a regular basis to complete repairs on time.
Required skills as a Service and Repair Technician : 1-3 years heavy equipment /automotive / diesel repair experience.
Disassemble and assemble a variety of machinery.
Demonstrated skill with complete set of personal tools.
Show a clean driving record.
Preferred skills as a Service and Repair Technician : Basic skill with automotive electrical systems.
Basic skill with hydraulic systems.
Physical Requirements of the Job: Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, bend, and twist.

Compensation & Benefits of Service andRepair Technician: Compensation: Base hourly pay, plus a flat rate commission that ranges from $60k to $100k+ per year based on abilities, knowledge, efficiency, production, tools, and attendance.
