About:

9 Silver is seeking a specialist that will focus on credit repair for our clients and staff members.

In this role you will be responsible for assisting others on their path to credit success.

As a credit repair specialist, you will be helping clients and staff with the primary task of educating them and improving their credit scores.

Our clients are generally very treatment resistant, and our clinical focus is harm reduction, so it’s critical that our staff be able to connect with our clients and speak their language.

Responsibilities:
Ensure that the information and privacy of clients are well secured
Provide and recommend various options on how clients or consumers’ credit report can be handled or fixed
Assist in the preparation of the appropriate letters to the credit bureaus
Review full credit reports from all the three major credit bureaus
Avoid guaranteeing or assuring clients or consumers a specific result, or promising that information will be removed from their credit report
Provide clients or consumers with a written contract before performing any service on their behalf as required by law
Understand government agencies involved in consumer rights
Staying aware of the State’s credit repair laws and bond requirements for credit repair organizations and debt collectors
Requirements:
Degree in actuarial science, microeconomics, accounting, finance, or similar.
Demonstrable experience as a credit specialist
Excellent knowledge of all applicable governing regulations and bodies
Strong research, statistical, and decision-making skills
Ability to negotiate credit limits and repayment options
Compensation and Schedule:

The compensation for this role is $60,000 to $70,000 per year.

The schedule is Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm.
