JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS: Computer Technician
• 2-3 years of experience working as an End User Computing PC Deployment Team
• De-installation of old monitor arms, installation of new monitors on existing arms with cable management, boxing up old monitor in the new monitor boxes, and onsite trash removal
• Must have the ability to lift up-to 50lbs
• Must be able to be on your feet ALL DAY and include up to walking the entire building, walking to different buildings and up and down stairs.
• Possesses intermediate to advanced level knowledge and understanding of hardware products, and diagnostic and troubleshooting utilities
• Possesses proven customer service background
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions and update tracking systems as directed
• Possesses good analytical and communication skills
• Possesses strong ability to work independently
• Possesses High School Diploma and equivalent skill set
