Job Description Header 2Desktop Technician Los Angeles, CA 12-month contract Job ID 2021-5381 Solugenix is assisting a client, a prestigious and large investment management company in their search for a Desktop Technician. This is a 12-month contract opportunity based out of Los Angeles, CA. Qualifications Experience of 10 years would be better. This team gets escalated service desk tickets and utilize different toolsknowledge bases to reach out to the end user to resolve the issues (examples WIFI, Outlook issues). There are usually 100 – 200 tickets that the teams work on to troubleshoot. The candidate will be completing lifecycle updates. Ability to ship out laptops and making sure everything is updated. Candidates will need to be able to work independently and prioritize tasks as well as work on a team. Needs to Know WindowsPC support skills, Some MAC support skills, The candidate needs to have good technical skills, strong collaboration skills and should be customer service oriented. Should have strong troubleshooting skills. Majorly looking for support on Windows (90) and Mac (10) Someone who can follow process ad who can adapt and learn things quickly.
