We provide both commercial and residential roofing services & are currently looking for experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technicians / Roofers to join our teamThis position is responsible for assessing, repairing, and documenting roofing deficiencies to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Mentor less experienced crew maintaining timely job performance.Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as required; work hours depend on the season.Pay Scale: $35 per hour depending on experienceBenefits: medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, PTO, 401k with the company match.Required Qualifications:Valid driver’s license and insurable driving recordKnowledge of different types of roofing systemsFive years of roofing production experience preferredAt least 2 years of commercial roofing production experienceCertification in roofing is a plusOSHA-10 and OSHA-30Ability to lift 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbsAbility to climb and balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl, use laddersMust be able to work on scaffolds and heightsMust be ready to work in outdoor weather conditions such as heat, rain, cold, and snowAbility to follow directionGood customer service attitudeAbility to articulate the benefits of proper roof maintenance
