At Behavior and Education Inc (“BAE”), we provide two weeks of paid training and pay for our therapist to become Registered Behavior Technicians!

THE BEHAVIOR THERAPIST’S MISSION:
Provide for the direct implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention
Address problematic behaviors in accordance with Positive Behavior Support techniques
Utilize nonviolent crisis prevention intervention (CPI) approved procedures to de-escalate problem behaviors and ensure safety during crisis situations
Track data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors on a daily basis
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Preferred Bachelor’s degree, but not required
If you do not have a Bachelor’s degree, you must obtain your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within the first 90 days of employment.
Training is provided at onset of employment, and it is paid!
RBT fees are also paid by BAE.
Preferred 1 year of experience with autism spectrum disorders, 1 year of experience with positive behavior supports and/or ABA interventions
Preferred 1 year of experience working with children
Must be comfortable driving at least a 10 mile radius
Bilingual language (especially Spanish) skills are a plus
