We provide 5% supervision and sometimes up to 10% to earn your Concentrated Hours (meaning, you earn 1.5 hours of fieldwork hours for every 1 hour of fieldwork hours) . . . _____ The Job Description _____ ABA Therapy – Use Applied Behavioral Analysis techniques and practices Implement Behavior Plans – Work with a Clinical Manager to implement individualized behavior plans for several patients Follow Programs – Handle patients while following different programs established in each behavior plan (Ex. Behavior Chaining, Direct Instruction, Functional Communication Training, Incidental Training, and more) Data Collection – While conducting programs with patients, gather substantive data that will create informed decisions for future treatments Parent Training – Explain processes and rationale to parents of patients Document and communicate any educational, behavioral, or family concerns in a timely manner Follow and report any mandated reporting incidents Performance of other reasonably related duties as assigned . . . _____ The ideal candidate _____ Full-Time Availability: M-F 8am-7pm Minimum Availability: 3 weekdays from 3pm-7pm OR 2 weekdays from 3pm-7pm and Saturdays 8am-2pm High School Diploma okay, but Bachelor’s Preferred Demonstrate proof of ability to work in the US, Valid Driver’s License/Auto Insurance Ability to write, speak, and understand English Pass a federal background check Show proof of immunization (TB, TDap, Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Polio, etc.) Ability to lift 50 pounds, sit, stand, twist, and move for long periods of time . _____ Benefits _____ Health/Medical Insurance Dental Vision 401(k) Employee discount Paid time off .
