Duties and Responsibilities: Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner as well as ensure guests are happy throughout the entire service Build new and existing clientele by establishing relationships Increase guest retention and promote pre-booking Demonstrate exceptional customer service Provide natural nail services such as natural manicure, pedicure, and variation of gel services.
Qualifications: Ability to perform all services in a timely manner Be detailed oriented, organized, self-motivated and have a positive attitude Be professional yet easy going and friendly Be a team player and willing to help Be available to open and close Strong technical ability (polishing and grooming) CA Manicurist or cosmetology license issued by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology What we offer: Full-time or part-time employment Hourly rate $17-$20 (DOE) plus tips Commission and bonus Flexible schedule On-the-job training Career growth opportunities Team member discounts on products and services Free admission to our wellness workshops and events Snacks and drinks to keep our techs hydrated and energized.
