Kelly Services, in partnership with Nissan North America, is currently hiring an experienced Automotive Technician as a  Mechanical Claims Adjuster to work 100% remotely from home!

 

This is a full time Kelly Contract position with great promotional opportunities and pays $24/hour but if you are more experienced and have ASE certifications pays $25/hour!

 

$1,000 sign on bonus guaranteed after 30 days in this position!

 

In this position  you will use your automotive technician skills to provide telephone and email support of all facets of the claim life-cycle for Nissan Security+Plus, Infiniti Elite, Mitsubishi Diamond Care and QualityGuard+Plus vehicle service contracts.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years automotive technical experience required.  Experience at dealership, after market, or independent repair shop preferred.
Demonstrated mechanical acumen i.e.

ASE Certification
Strong interpersonal, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other PC applications
Typing skills: 40 wpm
Job Description:
Adjudicate claims
Verify contract coverage and eligibility to NESNA policies, ascertain parts and labor charges, provide preapprovals, facilitate third-party and TechCam inspections, secure vendor parts, and ensure optimal part warranty coverage throughout policy.
Perform appropriate research with available tools to adjudicate claims, provide assistance to service contract policy holders repair facilities, and approve claims according to NESNA policy procedure.
Leverage mechanical acumen resources to provide proper labor and parts repair approvals.
Conduct transactions according to NESNA policies procedures to ensure proper use of Company funds and ensure repair claims are completed in a timely manner
Perform other duties as necessary
