We are one of the nation’s fastest growing field service organizations and are looking to expand our tech base.
We service ATMs, POS terminals, Kiosks, and more!
We are looking for technicians to install, service and repair retail ATM machines in the Los Angeles and surrounding area.
Remote support is provided.
Must have Field Service experience and have worked with some or most of the Technologies listed below.
A monthly vehicle allowance and WEX Gas card is also included.
Job duties:
· Break Fix on Retail ATM’s, Kiosks
· Complete break/fix calls to clear jams, replace parts, etc.
· Reloading software
· Calls are run the same day they come in, latest the next day (unless parts are being sent)
· Use our ticketing platform to view and close service tickets
You have:
Have previous Retail ATM or Kiosk Experience on a break/fix basis.
· Reliable transportation
· Basic hand tools
· A smartphone capable of using our web-based ticketing app
