Description:Summary: The main function of the engineering technician is to support Emission Testing projects by preparing and testing vehicles for testing.
Job Responsibilities: Prepares vehicles for emission testing including draining fuel, removing underbody panels, and checking vehicle condition both physically and with diagnostic tools.
Will perform emission tests as well.
Will need to monitor supplies of materials used for this work and insure tools are maintained in good order.Works as part of a team and needs to be able to communicate status of work and to actively seek support when required.
Education/Experience: Associate’s degree in engineering technology or related field required.
