This includes ownership of CRM Management and Reporting, Campaign Marketing Initiatives and Event Management.

WHAT YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Maintain a consistent and reliable reporting to provide visibility into marketing efforts ROI by overseeing HubSpot and Salesforce Reporting
Plan, develop and help execute demand gen campaigns on all channels
Analyze weekly data and reporting metrics on campaigns providing insight and visualization into performance relative to KPIs, using data to inform your strategy for choosing the best channels and tactics to build our network
Partner with Sales, Product Marketing and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment and maximum campaign success, pipeline growth
Manage and mentor a growing team
Manage Partner and Customer relations for projects and requests as needed
Oversee management of Events (tradeshows, webinars) including planning, promotion and execution, reporting on ROI
Deliver clear and timely recommendations to the team on areas to improve results
Assist in management of external agencies as needed
Qualifications
· BA/BS (MBA a plus)
· 10+ years of marketing experience, with 5+ years leading a team
· Experience with B2B SaaS and Enterprise technology marketing, Identity space a plus
· Very proficient with HubSpot and Salesforce (advanced skills preferred, certifications a plus)
· Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills, and ability to manage high performing teams
· Demonstrated the consistent ability to grow inbound pipeline through a unified strategy that leverages specialists across all available channels: SEO, paid advertising, organic social, content and email marketing
· Experience developing and executing go-to-market marketing strategies around SaaS product releases
· Strong ability to work successfully both autonomously and collaboratively in a remote
