As one of our Marketing Analysts you will support our Lab Plastics Essentials business, which represents over $1B in sales annually.
Data integrations will include systems from numerous sources (digital, offline, sales, revenue, loyalty, BI, CRM and more).
You must be comfortable with flexing as needed as we continually evolve and refine our methodologies.
The journey will be intense but impactful and rewarding.You must be a curious and critical thinker.
Self-assessment and continual growth are mandatory in analytics as this field constantly changes (search engine algorithms change, social media approaches evolve etc.).
Data and figuring out new approaches must fascinate you.
Perfection is the enemy of good; you must be comfortable with 80% complete data.

When you have enough directional data are you capable of sussing out insight to guide the business?**Responsibilities** :+ Serve as a trusted analytics partner to business and marketing leaders by understanding and presenting actionable commercial and marketing reports and analyses to support business decisions.+ Lead the definition of ‘metrics that matter’ and develop reports and dashboards.+ Lead the development and implementation of processes across functions and business units to monitor and manage performance.
These will include monthly or quarterly performance reviews.+ Work with members of marketing teams to develop and communicate actionable, revenue generating insights and strategies by analyzing predictive digital marketing performance.+ Develop methodologies to determine ROI of various marketing efforts+ Relationship management between analytics and business partners (marketers, executives, cross-divisional groups)**Minimum Qualifications** :+ Bachelor’s degree or above required+ Adobe and Google Analytics (or similar)+ 5+ years of analytics experience required: web, digital media, BI, CRM etc.+ PowerBI (or similar)+ Optimizely (or similar)+ Advanced MS Excel+ Alteryx, Cognos (or similar)**Preferred Qualifications** :+ Marketing experience+ B2B and life science experience+ Statistics+ Loyalty membership experience+ Experience working in a large corporation within a matrix org structure+ Data Science familiarity/interestThermo Fisher Scientific is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
