Social Media Strategist (must be in LA)

Our client, an international media and entertainment conglomerate, is seeking a Social Media Strategist to join their hardworking and collaborative team on a 3-month temp basis! The ideal candidate is a creative and organized individual who is excited about assisting with digital marketing initiatives that involve audience development, content creation, and brand voice for our client’s streaming service. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and report brand campaigns to the Social Media Manager
  • Manage creation and converse with the community to encourage fan and talent engagement
  • Research and understand trends to create functional content and strategies for our client’s social media platforms
  • Analyze and present content performance on our client’s social platforms
  • Keep track of schedules and programming
  • Support our client’s content and campaigns in collaboration with many teams within and partners of our client

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience with brand management or entertainment digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Cinema/Television
  • An understanding of social media behaviors, trends, and community engagement
  • History of driving engagement and increasing subscription with streaming platform digital marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work diligently in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Knowledge of Sprinklr, Facebook Insights, and Google Analytics
  • Experience with social media platforms including Tik Tok
