Robert Half Marketing Creative is seeking a full-time Social Media Strategist to join our client onsite in downtown Los Angeles.
Job Overview: Organic social. Creating content that is engaging. Campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn. Client facing, help with client outreach (proactive in getting feedback from clients for social media reviews). People person—essential in order to be comfortable with the client facing piece. 50% social 50% client outreach/engagement. Call/outreach to client to get their thoughts on our firm. Speaking and writing in Spanish.

Position Description:
The Social Media Strategist will work directly with the Digital Director and the Chief Marketing Officer along with Marketing department, and other departments to fulfill marketing objectives and goals on 360 campaigns across TV, Radio, Digital, Social, Outdoor and Search and maintain the brand’s reputation across all platforms.
Primary duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage the business review platforms such as Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc.
• Promptly respond to reviews on all business review platforms, including working with platforms to remove negative reviews in violation of terms of use
• Develop and implement social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand/company awareness
• Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
• Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, FourSquare, Instagram, Google+, Facebook, and others
• Monitor social media progress using web analytic tools
• Review success of campaigns and develop ways to improve
• Plan paid social media advertising strategies and budgets
• Secure new media partnerships
• Drive engagement with social media influencers
• Resolve customer issues and negative reviews through social media and review platforms
• Research new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities
• Provide feedback from social media trends and research; relay it to business strategists
• Write effective, concise copy for multiple platforms, websites, and social networks
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management and/or Team Leader
Competencies/Skills:
• Experience with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or HubSpot
• Experience identifying and creating campaigns for target audience
• Excellent analytical and time-management skills
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Experience with technologies and best practices for web design, web production, and creative design across multiple platforms
• Experience identifying and creating campaigns for target audience
Job Requirements:
Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, or related field, Two years of social media experience, Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Analytics, Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices, Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
