Univision is seeking a talented Social Media Specialist based in Los Angeles, CA. The candidate will be exposed to digital network development and operations by identifying and developing up and coming digital influencers on digital video and social media platforms. The Social Media Specialist will work directly with the Manager of Partnerships & Content Development to review target influencers, develop growth strategies and devise presentations and pitches for influencer opportunities. This individual must be a strategic and creative thinker, a self-starter, and a collaborator willing to learn and share ideas.Job ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage communication efforts with potential partners.Identify growth trends of target influencers and on social media platforms.Develop strategies for retention of influencers.Execute social media content to engage with influencers and our external community.Assist with campaign execution for branded content and/or linear marketing.Collaborate with team members to actively review creator content across social platforms.Monitor and identify trends across social platforms.Required Skills & ExperienceExceptional written, verbal and analytical skills.Courses in Communication, Business Marketing or Public Relations.Previous experience with digital platforms, brand agencies, or talent representation firms.Desired Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience using analytical database tools to measure the success of content once published.Experience with graphic design and preparing materials for presentation.Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.Eligibility RequirementsMust be willing to work from office in Los Angeles, CA.Employment/education will be verifiedApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisUnivision is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
