Job Description: A popular celebrity backed beauty conglomerate is looking to bring on a talented Senior Media Buyer, to work 2-3x a week in the LA office. The Senior Media Buyer will be working on the Paid social acquisition team, and driving digital demand across top paid social channels, focused on FB, Instagram, and Tiktok – for new and legacy health and beauty brands.
Key Responsibilities:
-Build, manage, and optimize multi-million dollar performance campaigns on FB and IG
-Budget management weekly, monthly, etc.
-Evaluate and recommend optimizations to hit revenue goals
-Use data to drive marketing decisions
Key Qualifications:
–3+ years of paid facebook ad experience
-Deep understanding of FB Ads Manager
-Insider knowledge of Facebook Ad’s and the algorithm
-Audience segmentation experience, bidding strategies, and scaling techniques
-Track record of efficient campaigns that are conversion based, not engagement focused
